We know that too many people affected by cancer in Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight feel isolated and unsupported.
Wessex Cancer Support provides free, local and personalised emotional and wellbeing support to anyone affected by cancer in the Wessex area. You may have cancer yourself, be adjusting to life after cancer, or supporting someone with cancer.
Through our four cancer support centres in Chandler’s Ford, Bournemouth, Newport (Isle of Wight) and Waterside (Hythe), we provide a drop-in service, professional counselling, complementary therapies, activities, support groups and courses. We have developed, and are constantly evolving, online services so you can access support in the way that suits you best.
We also run services in the heart of the community, including our popular Sing for Life choirs and transport on our Daisy Buses to help you get to your hospital appointments.
